Working with the Network Rail regional teams to standardise the setup of Common Data Environments, and pave the way towards a consolidated view of the network

Working with the Cyber Security team to deliver clear communication to suppliers for the newly developed Cyber Guardrails - a set of principals that protect the critical national infrastructure.

Working with the client to prepare information for Rail Systems design to commence. Defining Information Management processes and identifying areas of uncertainty, to ensure systems align with accountabilities.

Working to mature the Information Management within the supply chain, to enable a Digital Twin of Englands Strategic Road Network.
Supporting the introduction of improved Data Governance scaffolding, to improve project handover into operations.

Leading the Design and Delivery for the Digital Heathrow programme, embedding BIM and improved Data Management practices across the enterprise

Working to mature the architecture service following a repatriation from an outsourced service.
Leading the design team for the ERP Transformation programme, moving from a legacy managed service ERP to Oracle Cloud ERP

Led the design team for ERP consolidation based on SAP HANA, moving away from a multi-tiered approach for different regions within the group and a global implementation of Ariba for procurement

Enduring Smart Program: a series of projects preparing for the introduction of The DCC to the UK Energy Market; changing the supply chain operation, field operations and customer services operation

Operational Effectiveness Program: a series of projects to scale British Gas' smart metering operation in order to meet the UK Government mandate of smart meters in all UK residential properties by 2020.
